"I don't think I've ever interacted with Abbey, though the staff that work for her are pretty friendly. State Farm in general seems to give pretty good rates if you are willing to accept a larger deductible."

"As of 7 May 2026, we had the unfortunate issue of both our vehicles being severely damaged in the recent hail storm. Whitney and Mandy both handled my calls today in regards to the confusing issues surrounding this. Both were superb. In an earlier instance, Whitney did a wonderful job checking out all of our vehicular policies and others as well. She straightened out some that had gotten caught up in automatic redo's they do at the "main house". Every time I call, I receive excellent service."
